Earth Hour

Next

27th of March 2010 saw an unprecedented phenomenon.

Around the world more than billion people, 1000s of cities, 100s of landmarks and monuments, on all 7 continents, switched off their lights for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.

Such a simple act.

Yet a hugely powerful one.

In going dark, billions wanted our world leaders to see the light.
